Many of Galaxy S II buyers who got their Mac OSx upgraded to the latest one (Lion), reported that Kies is not compatible with it.
Actually I was facing same problem and I got to know a way to fix this.
To tackle this, you can install an older version and then update it to the latest version. I have tested it works for this version: KiesMac_126.96.36.19955_7. Install it and then go to “Preference”->”Update” and update to the latest version
This a guranteed way to make Kies work on Mac OS Lion.
Give it a try!!

According to Samsung’s president of their mobile division, JK Shin, the company plans to launch a 4G tablet later this year, although we don’t know if it will be a 4G version of one of Samsung’s new tablets that have already been announced, like the Galaxy Tab 10.1 or a completely new tablet.
He also mentioned that we can expect to see the new Samsung Galaxy S III in the first half of 2012, so probably some time around April in 2012 as that would be one year on from the launch of the new Galaxy S II which was introduced recently.
Samsung made good on its word to fight back against Apple’s lawsuit, which accused the Korean electronics giant of copying the look and feel of the iPhone and iPad, by filing several patent infringement lawsuits against Apple in Seoul, Tokyo and Germany on Friday.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Apple has filed suit against Samsung, claiming that the Samsung Galaxy line too closely imitates the look and feel of the iPhone and iOS. The lawsuit specifically calls out Samsung’s products like the Galaxy S 4G, Epic 4G, Nexus S and Galaxy Tab and goes on to state that, “Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple’s technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products.”
